Police stated the boys carried out a “deplorable assault”

5 males have been jailed for a “pack mentality” assault on a person who was tied up, gagged and overwhelmed to demise.

Latvian nationwide Albert Volkausks, 44, was lured to a home in Boston, Lincolnshire, on 24 September.

Nottingham Crown Courtroom was advised he was overwhelmed up and urinated on earlier than the boys posed for images with a foot on his chest “as if he had been a trophy”.

Three males had been jailed for 20 years for homicide and two others jailed for manslaughter.

The three males from Boston – Mindaugas Cerneckas, 30, and Donatos Dektiariovas, 37, each of Pen Road, and Andrius Barauskas, 39, of Smalley Street – had been discovered responsible of homicide on Thursday.

Alberts Volkausks labored as a vegetable picker

Pavel Grunt-Meyer, 30, of Crocketts Drive, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, and Tautvydas Vainolavicius, 20, from Pen Road, Boston, had been discovered responsible of manslaughter and jailed for 14 and 12 years respectively.

The trial had been advised how vegetable picker Mr Volkausks had been discovered with severe injures on the home in Pen Road. He died in Boston’s Pilgrim Hospital the next morning.

David Herbert QC had beforehand advised the trial: “Alberts Volkausks was lured to the handle the place he was primarily overwhelmed to inside an inch of his life in a sustained group assault.

“He was tied up, he was gagged, he was urinated on and primarily left for lifeless whereas a number of the defendants spoke of how they might get rid of his physique.”

He added: “One posed with a foot on their battered sufferer’s damaged chest, as if he had been a trophy, whereas the opposite took {a photograph} together with his smartphone,”
