A £5 word engraved with the picture of England striker Harry Kane has gone into circulation in Merthyr Tydfil.

Micro-engraver Graham Brief made six of the notes after Kane gained the Golden Boot for scoring essentially the most targets throughout the 2018 World Cup.

He used the word throughout a purchase order at a store in Cefn Coed final Wednesday.

The artist beforehand etched Jane Austen on to new £5 notes after they have been first circulated and people have been valued at £50,000.
