Ian Paisley’s social gathering affiliation has been modified on the UK’s Parliamentary web site to ‘Unbiased’.
Final month the DUP North Antrim MP was suspended from the Home of Commons for failing to declare household holidays in Sri Lanka, for breaching guidelines on paid advocacy and for breaching guidelines on registration of pursuits by failing to register the 2 holidays.
Mr Paisley was suspended from the social gathering within the wake of this, with the DUP saying it could conduct an investigation into the matter.
A Home of Commons spokesperson advised the Belfast Telegraph the change of standing was a mirrored image of the actual fact he’s suspended, and doesn’t imply Mr Paisley has left the social gathering.
